Fees Policy

It is our policy to charge fair remuneration for our work properly undertaken, whilst giving due consideration to the resources available to the client, the time involved, the nature and complexity of the matter and the amount of money or assets at issue.


Instructions

Members of India Buildings Chambers may be instructed by solicitors, parliamentary agents and in appropriate cases, by members of the professional institutions approved for the purpose of Direct Professional Access by the Bar Council (these include the RICS, the RIBA, the RTPI and the ICE).
