The Employment group’s expertise extends to all principal jurisdictions of Employment Law, including unfair and wrongful dismissal, redundancy and all forms of discrimination. TUPE and related statutory protections of employees are a specialist area which Chambers prides itself in providing clear and straightforward advice.
Members also frequently advise on and act in relation to contract disputes, including the enforcement of restrictive covenants.
Chambers Employment Team is made up of individuals with a wealth of experience of all skill sets within the employment field. This includes Litigation, Advocacy and Legal Drafting, on behalf of both Claimant’s and Respondent’s.
Although majority of practice naturally revolves around appearing in the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeals Tribunal, members also appear before the County and High Courts.
Instructions to the membership originate from Solicitor’s and Corporate entities and Public Authorities.
