Chambers Personal injury team is instructed on behalf of Claimants and Defendants in the widest range of personal injury and clinical negligence cases, including high value catastrophic injury cases and multi party actions.

Members of the team offer advisory and advocacy services to the highest level including conducting negotiations and settlement conferences. We are also experienced in all forms of litigation funding, including conditional fee agreements and many forms of insurance funding.
