India Buildings are the first chambers to be involved in the very first case to be issued out of the new Administrative Court in Manchester.
Jonathan Butler has been instructed by Hogans to represent a Merseyside Claimant judicially reviewing a local authority decision. The Manchester based Administrative Court was officially opened by Mr Justice Langstaff and Jonathan is pleased to be the first Barrister in the Northwest to make use of this facility.
