Catherine’s practice encompasses all aspects of the law relating to children in both public and private proceedings. She regularly appears for local authorities, parents and other relatives, and children’s guardians.

Catherine also has expertise in emergency injunctive relief applications and all aspects of finance and property disputes involving ancillary relief proceedings and disputes between unmarried couples.
