Mr Flood has returned to practise in Crime for the last four years, having initially practised in crime for the first 5 years of his time at the Bar.
He has principally represented Defendants. He has been led in cases involving murder, drugs importation/fraud, and conspiracy to rob and has successfully conducted defence trials in matters involving rape, indecent assault, public order, firearms and theft matters.
He has recently undertaken his first case as a Junior Leader in a high profile case involving attempted child abduction.
Mr Flood has undertaken CPD approved lectures on the issues of Hearsay and Sentencing under the Criminal Justice Act 2003.
