Care/Adoption/Children Act

Gail Owen's practice is centred on family law.

She undertakes all aspects of public law Children Act work, including the representation of local authorities, parents and guardians ad litem. This work involves, amongst other things, issues of physical, sexual and emotional abuse of children.

She also practices in all areas of private law Children Act work, divorce proceedings, adoption proceedings and all aspects of finance and property disputes.

Gail Owen is also instructed by CAFCASS on behalf of children in wardship work and private law Children Act work.
