Jeff Clarke is a experienced and well regarded practitioner based in the North West of England. His experience is wide ranging and covers all relevant forums to his area of practice. He is well known for his `user friendly` style and good rapport with professional clients coupled with a clear understanding of both professional and lay client needs.
Jeff is able to provide a comprehensive range of advisory and advocacy services that is tailored to the needs of the client. Jeff is able to combine clear and balance advice to his client with persuasive presentation of his clients case to the opposing side and relevant tribunal. Jeff also brings a keen appreciation of the tactical decisions required in furtherance of his clients cause.
Conferences and meetings
Jeff can upon request attend at the offices if his Instructing Solicitor in order to provide a convenient service and facilitate the needs of his professional and lay client. This service is currently limited to the North West region in the absence of agreement with his Senior Clerk.
