Jennifer Scully is a member of the family team.

Originally, Jennifer qualified as a solicitor in 1997 and throughout her career has practised exclusively within family law. She became a Partner in an established Merseyside firm before seeking to concentrate on Advocacy by transferring to the Bar in 2006.

As a solicitor, Jennifer was a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel and Family Law Association (Resolution). In becoming a Barrister, she brings with her over nine years experience of all aspects of family law.

She continues to specialise in family cases, practising in the areas of private and public Children Act and adoption work, undertaking cases on behalf of parents, children and local authorities alike. In addition, she has wide experience in conducting divorce and ancillary relief matters, cohabitation disputes and proceedings for both financial and domestic violence related injunctions.
