Kate Burnell is a specialist family law practitioner whose work includes proceedings under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act and section 37 injunctive relief proceedings.

In addition to representing parties within TLATA proceedings, Kate regularly advises prior to the issue of proceedings, she is also involved in drafting pleadings and as well as advising Claimants and Defendants during the course of litigation. Her experience within this area covers a wide range of financial circumstances. She is also experienced in dealing with and advising in relation to financial applications for the benefit of children under the Children Act, such issues regularly arising and requiring consideration alongside cohabitation disputes.
