Immigration
Whilst a solicitor, Lorraine dealt with all aspects of Immigration, Nationality and Asylum law, Work permits, EU worker rights, Asylum and statement (general immigration) applications. She has carried this experience through to the Bar representing appellants and applicants at all levels of court work including Judicial Review applications.
Membership and Publications
Lorraine has had published, an article in ‘Haven’ magazine. Lorraine is a member of the National Association of Women Judges and the International Association of Refugee Law Judges. Lorraine subscribes to Lexis Nexus, Electronic Immigration Network, Westlaw, Lawtel, Justis and Justcite. Lorraine occasionally undertakes pro bono work for local charitable organisations.
