Matthew undertakes advisory and advocacy work principally on behalf of Local Authorities and Registered Social Landlords in most housing and landlord and tenant matters.
Matthew has extensive experience of possession, anti-social behaviour related and committal applications enabling him to provide tactically astute and cost effective representation at all stages of proceedings.
Matthew also has experience of Judicial Review and Statutory Appeals in this context with particular reference to disability discrimination, supported living, mental health, community care and homelessness and allocations.
