Patricia Pratt is exclusively a family law practitioner.
She has specialist knowledge of private law as well as public law Children Act work. In the public law area, she is instructed by a range of local authorities and works on a regular basis for guardians ad litem and CAFCASS. She also frequently represents the parents of children subject to applications for s.31 orders.
She also deals with all aspects of family finance and property disputes including all types of personal protection and domestic violence work.
