Ray Herman deals with substantial criminal cases for both the defence and prosecution in the courts at all levels.

This includes the most serious offences, such as murder/manslaughter, rape, drugs offences, robbery and crimes of violence.

He is regularly instructed on a variety of substantial fraud cases including those involving HM Revenue & Customs, and local authority prosecutions.

This experience makes him a leading member of the Chambers serious fraud practice group.
