Sara Mann practises exclusively in family law.
As such she deals with all aspects of family disputes including property and finance matters, both public and private. She regularly represents local authorities, guardians and parents involved in care disputes, frequently dealing with physical and/or sexual abuse.
As well as public and private law Children Act cases, her work also includes emergency injunctive relief applications and all aspects of personal protection and domestic violence.
