Sarah undertakes all aspects of family law including public and private child law, ancillary relief and trusts of land applications.

She is regularly instructed by local authorities, parents and Guardians in public law work and is experienced in cases involving the physical, sexual or emotional abuse of children.

Sarah has a particular interest in the financial aspects of marital and cohabitation breakdown and gives regular seminars and talks on these matters. She is also experienced in s.37 injunctive proceedings and applications under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996. She finds her civil and chancery background provide a valuable overview to these aspects of her practice.

Sarah takes an active interest in the development of law and public law protocols. She is a member of the FLBA and regularly attends seminars and talks.
